M-Power Executive Director

Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Executive Director for a global initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the operations of the M-POWER Secretariat
• Ensure high-quality completion of tasks within budgeted amounts
• Promote visibility and results of M-POWER to internal and external audiences

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 8+ years of experience in international labor issues, trade unions, and worker rights
• Experience with international donors and contract/grant management
• Experience in executive or senior management in a relevant labor rights organization
• Proficient English language skills for producing high-quality reports
