M365 Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a M365 Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with IT teams and vendors for data onboarding and offboarding within Microsoft 365 applications
• Generate and analyze activity and usage metrics for Microsoft 365 applications
• Monitor tenant health and performance, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a related discipline and 4-6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online
• Experience administering Microsoft AD and Entra ID support services
• Proficiency in automation and Microsoft PowerShell scripting
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, particularly Excel and Power BI
