Key Responsibilities

• Guide enterprise customers through Copilot technical fundamentals and Microsoft 365 integration
• Lead workshops on governance, defining policies, and safe deployment models for user groups
• Advise on data security, compliance, and organizational enablement for Copilot adoption

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of IT experience
• 7+ years working in Microsoft 365, Azure architecture, or security
• Experience engaging with CIOs, CISOs, and business leaders in strategic discussions
• Ability to simplify complex AI and security concepts for non-technical audiences
• Strong customer-facing skills and experience leading workshops and strategy reviews
