M365 Copilot Solution Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an M365 Copilot Solution Engineer to manage the full lifecycle of AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements for Copilot agents and develop custom solutions
• Translate business needs into technical designs and create design documentation for governance alignment
• Implement and test Copilot agents, ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards throughout the development lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 8 years' experience delivering complex enterprise software applications
• Experience managing AI solutions built using Microsoft Copilot Studio and integrating APIs
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and development tools, including VS Code and Microsoft Graph API
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and modern software development practices
