M365 Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and skilled full-time M365 Engineer to work remotely, responsible for managing governance across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric, while translating technical capabilities into controlled, auditable services for business users.
Key Responsibilities
- Support governance for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related agents, including access controls and deployment readiness
- Manage Power Platform governance areas, including environments, roles, and policies, ensuring compliance and documentation
- Assist with Microsoft Fabric governance activities, including workspace management and capacity discussions, while troubleshooting related issues
Required Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Copilot, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric governance
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform environments, roles, and governance controls
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric workspaces and capacity management
- Practical knowledge of Copilot Studio agent deployment and ticket-based access management
- Ability to support ServiceNow catalogue design and approval workflows
