M365 Front-End Developer

Job Summary

Supporting operations and maintenance activities for a federal agency, the full-time M365 Front-End Developer will provide development and publishing support for SharePoint Online and Drupal websites, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and collaborating with a team in a structured environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide development, operations, and maintenance support for SharePoint Online intranet environments
• Publish and maintain content on public-facing and intranet websites while supporting requirements gathering and customer demonstrations
• Participate in testing activities for monthly release deployments and troubleshoot site issues in coordination with platform engineers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 1-3 years of experience designing, building, maintaining, and publishing business or government websites
• 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 platforms, including SharePoint Online
• Experience with responsive website design and Section 508 accessibility standards
• Proficiency with HTML 5, CSS, and JavaScript (JQuery, Bootstrap, etc.)
