Job Summary
Providing top-tier end-user support, the full-time M365 Helpdesk Administrator will manage helpdesk tickets, configure Microsoft 365 environments, and assist with systems administration tasks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, diagnosing and resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk tickets
- Handle end-to-end Microsoft 365 setups, including user account creation, mailbox configuration, and access control management
- Provision and ship laptops and peripherals for onboarding, and assist with basic network troubleshooting for remote workers
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, or Junior SysAdmin role
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, including configuring accounts and managing tenant settings
- Proficient in Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID user administration
- Experience utilizing MDM tools (e.g., Intune, Jamf) for device deployment
