M365 Organizational Change Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft 365 Organizational Change Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct OCM activities such as vision discovery, change scope analysis, and workshops
• Develop and execute new offerings related to Microsoft Copilot
• Design and implement change management plans using best practices and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management or adoption functions
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Experience with GCC High migration projects and Copilot deployment is a plus
• PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner or Microsoft Adoption Specialist certification(s) is a plus
• Demonstrated expertise in OCM projects applied to Microsoft 365
