M365 Organizational Change Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting impactful projects remotely, the full-time M365 Organizational Change Management Consultant will execute OCM strategies, conduct workshops, and educate stakeholders to facilitate digital transformation using Microsoft technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct all OCM activities, including vision discovery, change scope analysis workshops, and focus groups
• Develop and execute new offerings related to Microsoft Copilot while building communication and training plans
• Measure the success of transitions and adjust plans to meet specific needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management or adoption functions
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Experience with GCC High migration projects and Copilot deployment is a plus
• Demonstrated expertise in OCM projects applied to Microsoft 365
• PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner or Microsoft Adoption Specialist certification(s) is a plus
