M365 Project Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Customer Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365 Apps, specifically Microsoft Planner and Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Empower customers to maximize productivity across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Support deployments, migrations, optimization, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 Apps
• Lead technical workshops, training, and adoption engagements for Microsoft 365 Apps

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (system architecture, operations, software support)
• Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, Office Apps, and Microsoft 365 Admin
• Deep knowledge of Office Apps deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office Online Server
• Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Office Scripts, VBA)
