Job Summary

A company is looking for an M365 Support Technician to provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage issues through various inbound requests including phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 and Azure operational and connectivity issues
  • Conduct research on complex cases and assist with escalation to senior engineers and vendors
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft 365 support and administration
  • At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Azure support and administration
  • Experience with client handling, ticket management, and remote troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ITSM concepts and experience with ticketing systems
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment focused on operational objectives
