Job Summary
Providing hands-on technical leadership, the remote M365 Technical Lead will administer and enhance the Microsoft 365 environment, manage identity solutions, and support IT initiatives within a healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for the Microsoft 365 environment, establishing standards and support practices
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, manage user access, and resolve technical issues
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and support identity management capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and related technologies
- Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory in a hybrid environment
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for administration and automation tasks
- Working knowledge of Azure, Windows Server, and IT security best practices
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and guide IT professionals
