Job Summary
A company is looking for an L2 - M365 Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on deployments across Microsoft 365 workloads (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook)
- Support Intune device onboarding, compliance policies, and app deployment
- Provide customer-facing technical support and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- 10-12 years of experience in M365 deployment
- Working knowledge of Teams Phone and meeting room setups
- Solid exposure to Intune endpoint management
- Experience with identity configurations in Entra ID
- Ability to execute light scripting (PowerShell) and build Power Platform flows
