Job Summary

A company is looking for an L2 - M365 Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hands-on deployments across Microsoft 365 workloads (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook)
  • Support Intune device onboarding, compliance policies, and app deployment
  • Provide customer-facing technical support and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 10-12 years of experience in M365 deployment
  • Working knowledge of Teams Phone and meeting room setups
  • Solid exposure to Intune endpoint management
  • Experience with identity configurations in Entra ID
  • Ability to execute light scripting (PowerShell) and build Power Platform flows
