M&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Corporate Development (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the M&A deal pipeline through research and coordination with stakeholders
• Support senior team members in qualifying acquisition opportunities and prepare reports for leadership
• Assist in due diligence efforts and financial modeling for valuation analysis and transaction structuring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or M&A advisory
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• High proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
