Job Summary
To support a fast-growing business development team, the full-time remote M&A Analyst will analyze financial information, update financial models, and assist in drafting Letters of Intent while collaborating with senior leadership to drive company growth.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze financial information from practice owners and participate in internal investment committee discussions
- Update financial models to assess the profitability of target hospitals and prepare deal summaries for stakeholders
- Support due diligence by reviewing financial statements and reconciling reported results to source data
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of accounting or corporate finance experience, preferably in a multi-unit healthcare environment
- A BS/BA from a 4-year accredited institution is required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience with a focus on manipulating large data sets
- Experience preparing financial and market analysis to determine deal viability and growth opportunities
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to support financial analysis and presentation development
