Job Summary
Joining a dynamic business development team, the full-time remote M&A Analyst will analyze financial information, update financial models, and assist in drafting Letters of Intent for target practices while supporting due diligence efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze financial information from practice owners and participate in internal investment committee discussions
- Update financial models to assess the profitability of target hospitals
- Prepare deal summaries and presentations for the investment committee and executive team
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of accounting or corporate finance experience, preferably in a multi-unit healthcare environment
- A BS/BA from a 4-year accredited institution is required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience with a focus on manipulating large data sets
- Experience preparing financial and market analysis to determine deal viability
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools for financial analysis and presentation development
