Job Summary

A company is looking for an M&A Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute add-on affiliation transactions for the platform
• Conduct deal-related analysis, including financial modeling and due diligence review
• Support and manage third-party advisors and prepare presentations for investors and Board members

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience analyzing mergers & acquisition targets
• Strong business acumen and financial performance analysis skills
• Foundational financial modeling skills for reviewing target financials
• Project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of the transaction process, including deal structuring and negotiation
