Job Summary

A company is looking for an M&A Attorney to support its Strategy and Acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities

Support all facets of M&A, including antitrust due diligence and drafting NDAs
Advise internal business stakeholders on venture documentation and shareholder consents
Assist with significant legal entity restructuring initiatives

Required Qualifications

Strong M&A training, preferably from a large law firm
Experience with entity restructuring is essential
In-house experience is a plus
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
Located in ET or CT time zones
