M&A Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a M&A Attorney to support a strategic acquisition pipeline in the energy and advanced technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal leadership and outside counsel on the acquisition of multiple small services companies
• Lead or support deal structuring, formation, and transaction execution
• Manage and coordinate legal due diligence, including review of employment, commercial, regulatory, and operational matters

Key Requirements and Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• Significant experience handling middle-market M&A transactions
• Demonstrated experience with deal formation, structuring, diligence, and execution
• Experience acquiring services companies with hourly workforces strongly preferred
• Corporate governance experience a strong plus
