Job Summary

Supporting a strategic acquisition, the full-time interim M&A Attorney with Fintech Expertise will serve as a key legal advisor throughout the due diligence process, coordinating regulatory workstreams and driving the transaction from diligence through closing in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead legal due diligence efforts for acquisitions in the fintech sector
• Coordinate regulatory workstreams and ensure compliance throughout the transaction
• Collaborate closely with legal leadership to drive the acquisition process from start to finish

Required qualifications

• Significant experience as an M&A attorney, particularly in fintech or regulated financial services
• Hands-on experience leading acquisitions through the due diligence process
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of consumer lending and related regulatory frameworks
• Availability for a full-time commitment of 40 hours/week for an estimated 2-month duration
