M&A Attorney with Venture Experience

Job Summary

Supporting a lean legal team, the remote Mid-Level M&A Attorney with Venture Experience will manage the full transaction lifecycle for acquisitions, divestitures, and venture investments while working 40 hours per week on a contract basis for an initial duration of 3-6 months with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

• Manage NDAs, LOIs, and due diligence for various transactions
• Execute buy-side and sell-side transactions, focusing on venture investments
• Collaborate with team members throughout the entire deal process

Required qualifications

• Mid-level experience as an M&A Attorney with a focus on venture investments
• Strong background in managing high-volume transactions
• Proven ability to handle the full lifecycle of M&A transactions
• Experience working in a collaborative legal environment
• Availability to work 40 hours per week remotely for ET and CT based candidates
