M&A Collaboration Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the productivity and collaboration platforms, the full-time remote M&A Collaboration Engineer will manage the integration of Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom across acquired companies, ensuring secure and compliant migrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end collaboration-platform integration for acquisitions, including scoping, planning, and executing migrations
• Own Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom operations, governance, and architecture across multiple entities
• Lead email security infrastructure management and compliance support for legal and regulatory obligations

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience administering Google Workspace and Slack in large organizations (1,000+ users)
• Proven track record of leading technology migrations in M&A or systems-consolidation contexts
• Solid experience in email security, including DMARC/SPF/DKIM and threat response
• Hands-on experience with DNS administration and domain portfolio management
• Familiarity with compliance workflows, legal holds, and eDiscovery processes
