Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time M&A Corporate Attorney will manage private-company corporate transactions, focusing on emerging companies and venture capital, with options for remote work or office presence across various U.S. locations.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with private-company corporate transactions, including M&A and ECVC matters
• Develop and manage client relationships while contributing to business development efforts
• Collaborate with a distributed team using advanced technology to ensure seamless communication and workflow

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience at an AmLaw 200 firm
• Experience in private-company corporate transactions is required
• Familiarity with emerging companies and venture capital practices is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong business development skills and client management experience
• Willingness to work in a flexible environment that prioritizes work-life balance
