Job Summary
Executing corporate development and acquisition activities, the full-time M&A Corporate Development Associate will manage the M&A process, including sourcing opportunities, evaluating targets, conducting due diligence, and building financial models in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Help manage the end-to-end M&A process, coordinating internal stakeholders and external counterparties
- Build and maintain financial models to support deal evaluation and prepare investment committee materials
- Lead relationships with investment bankers and coordinate diligence workstreams across various domains
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate development
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated exposure to M&A processes, including diligence, valuation, execution, and sourcing
