M&A Director

Job Summary

M&A Director, responsible for managing the onboarding and integration of acquired companies into the Customer Success organization in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful integration outcomes
• Define integration strategies and manage execution planning for a portfolio of acquisitions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on integration priorities and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or M&A integration management
• Proven experience in program leadership and execution for large tech acquisitions
• Strong strategic and critical thinking skills with a focus on developing solutions for complex business problems
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills to inform integration strategies
