Job Summary
A company is looking for an M&A Integration Associate to support the execution of Add-On integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pre-close integration planning and establish clear ownership and expectations for post-close execution
- Track and support assigned integration workstreams, monitoring timelines and escalating issues as necessary
- Coordinate across internal teams to drive alignment and ensure a positive integration experience for partner firms
Required Qualifications
- 4 - 6 years of experience in project coordination, operations, consulting, or integration support
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on follow-through
- Comfort operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Exposure to M&A integrations or professional services is preferred
