Job Summary

A company is looking for an M&A Integration Associate to support the execution of Add-On integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pre-close integration planning and establish clear ownership and expectations for post-close execution
  • Track and support assigned integration workstreams, monitoring timelines and escalating issues as necessary
  • Coordinate across internal teams to drive alignment and ensure a positive integration experience for partner firms
Required Qualifications
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in project coordination, operations, consulting, or integration support
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on follow-through
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
  • Exposure to M&A integrations or professional services is preferred
