Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) Integration Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support M&A integration initiatives and ensure team preparedness for future acquisitions
  • Analyze existing processes and incorporate insights from prior acquisitions in collaboration with business systems consultants
  • Develop detailed documentation and ensure effective execution of M&A integration efforts, particularly with Workday HCM
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher with a minimum of eight years experience in back-end business systems, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years experience
  • Experience with M&A HR systems, including integration and implementation efforts
  • Expertise in large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions such as Workday
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sponsors, business partners, and M&A teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
