M&A Integration Director

Job Summary

Managing the overall operating platform deployment, the remote Director, M&A Integration will act as the primary point of contact for conversion-related activities, ensuring successful integration of newly acquired firms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deployment plans and resources, engaging with cross-program work streams to complete tasks
• Oversee steering committee meetings and conversion communications with key stakeholders
• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including project schedules, milestone tracking, and risk management

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management or technology consulting, or relevant project management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with insurance and/or brokerage operations
• Familiarity with agency management system implementation
• PMP Certification preferred
