M&A Integration Director

Job Summary

To drive M&A integration strategy for the Customer Excellence Group, the full-time remote M&A Integration Director will manage cross-functional collaboration, oversee external consultants, and ensure successful integration of acquired organizations while aligning with company priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the M&A integration strategy for the Customer Excellence Group, ensuring scalability across multiple deals
• Serve as the primary representative in company-level Integration Management Office processes, advocating for CEG interests and translating decisions into actionable direction
• Lead and manage a team of external consultants, defining engagement scope and ensuring accountability for integration milestones

Required qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in strategy & operations, program management, or management consulting, with substantial exposure to M&A integration in enterprise technology
• Proven experience leading post-sale organization integrations, preferably in Customer Success or Professional Services
• Strong cross-functional fluency with the ability to navigate Finance, HR, and Sales Operations stakeholders effectively
• Demonstrated ability to manage external consultants or systems integrators in a delivery context
• Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
