Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution across multiple departments
- Drive integration readiness and manage cross-functional program management during acquisition processes
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with acquired company teams and oversee integration of corporate functions
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or related fields
- Proven success in leading large-scale integrations in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of G&A functions including HR, IT, Finance, and Legal
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
- High emotional intelligence and strong program management capabilities
