Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merger & Acquisition Integration Program Coordinator to join their M&A Integration Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Integration Directors to manage integration activities and track progress
  • Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and communication materials
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and support change management efforts


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or integration support
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Smartsheet preferred
  • Experience with mergers & acquisitions integration or cross-functional project coordination is a plus
