Job Summary
Leading end-to-end M&A integration efforts, the full-time M&A Integration Project Manager will develop and execute integration plans, ensure Day 1 readiness, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead integration delivery for acquisitions from post-close through integration
- Develop and execute integration plans, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate across various teams to ensure operational continuity and alignment on integration execution
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in program/project management, M&A integration, or complex operations delivery
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills
- Experience in Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Customer Operations, or Product Support environments is preferred
- Familiarity with integration frameworks such as Day 1 readiness and phased integration models
