M&A Integration Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex merger and acquisition integration efforts, the full-time M&A Integration Project Manager will coordinate the transition of acquired agencies into Alliant's operating model while working remotely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of integration plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple M&A integration projects from planning through stabilization, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Develop and maintain integration plans, including milestones, risks, and readiness tracking, while coordinating cross-functional workstreams
• Facilitate integration meetings and prepare executive updates that communicate progress, risks, and recommended actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Seven or more years of experience in project management, M&A integration, or related fields
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing project plans and communications
• Familiarity with corporate environments, particularly in insurance, financial services, or professional services
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, or equivalent certification is preferred
