M&A Integrations Lead

Job Summary

Driving the integration lifecycle for multiple acquisitions, the full-time remote M&A Integrations Lead will manage integration programs from due diligence through post-close execution, collaborating with various functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute integration programs using Kraken's M&A Integration playbook across multiple acquisitions annually
• Lead the full integration lifecycle, ensuring alignment with synergy targets and milestones
• Maintain visibility into risk, timelines, and value realization across active integrations while driving stakeholder engagement

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in M&A integrations at a fast-paced, high-growth company
• Fluency in integration methods and synergy frameworks, with a proven ability to manage complex projects
• Experience in IT/systems integration and HR/people integration processes
• Familiarity with Corporate Development/M&A processes and due diligence preferred
• Background in high-growth fintech or tech environments, with crypto experience being a plus
