Job Summary

Leading the strategic optimization and operational execution of the health system's 340B program, the full-time MA Licensed 340B Optimization Manager will partner across pharmacy, finance, and clinical operations to maximize program value, improve patient access, and drive financial performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a system-wide 340B optimization strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee performance tracking and analytics of the 340B program, ensuring alignment with financial targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes and compliance related to the 340B program

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in pharmacy with a focus on 340B program management or optimization
• Experience in pharmacy operations within a health system
• Proficiency in financial and performance analytics
• MA Pharmacist License preferred
