Job Summary
Leading pricing strategy and actuarial analysis for Commercial Auto, BOP, and CPP, the full-time MA Licensed Actuarial Director will manage a team of two analysts and collaborate with various departments to ensure profitable growth and timely rate filings in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead pricing strategy and actuarial analysis for Commercial Lines products
- Evaluate loss trends and develop recommendations for rate changes and product modifications
- Communicate financial impacts and recommendations to senior management and external stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related quantitative field
- 10+ years of substantial property and casualty actuarial experience, particularly in commercial lines pricing
- Demonstrated ability to lead actuarial analyses and manage multiple priorities
- Strong knowledge of insurance operations, regulation, and Actuarial Standards of Practice
- ACAS or FCAS credential
