Key responsibilities
- Provide direct TOC patient care, dedicating 30% of time to clinical responsibilities
- Monitor team performance, attendance, and participation in meetings, while assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new TOC Coordinators
- Collaborate with leadership to develop the TOC program and implement process improvements through new workflows and training
Required qualifications
- MA Certification (active or expired) or significant MA experience
- 2 years of direct lead or supervisory experience in a virtual setting
- Experience in healthcare administrative or office roles
- Proficiency in technology and evolving platforms
- Organizational skills with high attention to detail
