Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Work Group Clinical Supervisor (Administrative Per Diem).

Key Responsibilities

• Provides small-group case-based clinical supervision to social work staff using evidence-informed frameworks
• Facilitates theme-based clinical discussions to enhance clinical insight and skills
• Collaborates with leadership to design and implement supervision structures and clinical curricula

Required Qualifications

• Master of Social Work from an accredited school
• Minimum of 7 years of post-master's clinical social work experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience providing group clinical supervision and leading structured clinical case discussions
• Knowledge of serious illness, end-of-life care, and complex psychosocial needs
• LICSW in MA or state-specific equivalent
