Job Summary

Managing the operational activities of the Loss Control Services Team, the full-time MA Licensed Risk Control Manager will provide leadership, training, and workflow management while developing risk management solutions and conducting assessments for clients in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the P&C loss control team, ensuring efficiency and alignment with client needs
  • Conduct Loss Control Assessments and develop tailored Risk Improvement Plans for clients
  • Develop training sessions and strategic initiatives for the loss control team, tracking progress and reporting outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years in the commercial insurance industry with relevant client experience
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Safety, Financial, Engineering, or related fields; professional designations preferred
  • Broad knowledge of risk management, risk financing, and claims management
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with senior executives and analyze complex problems
