Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for population health initiatives and partnerships
• Oversee performance of Utilization Management functions and drive market-specific goals
• Develop and advocate for clinical programs based on community health needs and data insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience required
• Master's Degree preferred
• Current state RN license preferred
• Experience in population health, service coordination, or ambulatory care
• Proven leadership in a large, matrixed organization
