Job Summary

A company is looking for an M&A Manager - Procurement & Revenue Diligence - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement-focused diligence for acquisition targets, assessing drug sourcing strategies, cost structures, and inventory processes
  • Evaluate target revenue streams and reimbursement models, identifying growth opportunities and integration-related risks
  • Support post-close integration planning and provide analytical support during the integration period
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 5-8+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, consulting, procurement, or healthcare operations
  • Strong understanding of healthcare economics, particularly in infusion services or specialty pharmacy
  • Experience conducting operational or commercial due diligence
  • Advanced financial and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
