Job Summary
Coordinating real estate transactions remotely during EST business hours, the MA & NH Licensed Transaction Coordinator will manage interactions with attorneys, lenders, and municipalities to ensure timely milestones and smooth closings.
Key Responsibilities
- Open transaction files, confirm terms, and coordinate earnest money deposits while distributing key dates
- Manage attorney drafts and disclosures for Purchase & Sale agreements, ensuring version control and compliance
- Facilitate inspections, appraisals, and coordinate necessary documentation for title, liens, and HOA requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential transaction coordination or brokerage operations experience
- Mastery of MA & NH real estate milestones and documentation
- Strong skills in document control and contingency tracking
- Proficiency in DocuSign, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Asana and Notion
- Experience with HOA/condo resale packages is preferred
