M&A Origination Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an M&A Origination Manager - Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate acquisition targets aligned with corporate strategy
• Manage the M&A pipeline and maintain market intelligence
• Conduct initial financial and operational screening of potential targets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Strategy, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years in corporate development, investment banking, or strategy
• Experience sourcing and evaluating deals in BPO or services industries
• Strong financial modeling and business analysis skills
• Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools
