M&A Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a M&A Program Manager to support the execution of acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of M&A and divestiture projects, including pre-close readiness and post-close integration
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of key milestones and deliverables
• Maintain project plans, identify risks, and escalate issues to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or project management
• Familiarity with the M&A lifecycle and experience supporting cross-functional initiatives
• Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
