M&A Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a high visibility compensation initiative related to a recent acquisition, the remote M&A Program Manager will manage project plans, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders while navigating challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the end-to-end project plan, ensuring clear tracking of tasks, milestones, and dependencies
• Lead recurring project meetings, prepare agendas, drive discussions, and follow through on deliverables
• Facilitate discussions to gather business and technical requirements, documenting project artifacts effectively

Required qualifications

• Prior consulting experience from Big 4 or major consulting firms
• 3+ years of program/project management experience
• Basic understanding of end-to-end compensation processes
• Experience supporting M&A integrations
