Job Summary

A company is looking for an M&A Sr. Manager to oversee merger and acquisition activities within the People organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee People Diligence & Integration process for assigned deals
  • Act as the main point of contact for Due Diligence & Integration
  • Coordinate M&A integration including risk management and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, Integration & Project Management
  • Working knowledge of outsourcing, recruitment, and M&A life cycle
  • Experience with global M&A transactions with cross-border implications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
