Job Summary
A company is looking for an M&A Sr. Manager to oversee merger and acquisition activities within the People organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee People Diligence & Integration process for assigned deals
- Act as the main point of contact for Due Diligence & Integration
- Coordinate M&A integration including risk management and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, Integration & Project Management
- Working knowledge of outsourcing, recruitment, and M&A life cycle
- Experience with global M&A transactions with cross-border implications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
