Job Summary

Leading tax advisory engagements for mergers and acquisitions, the full-time M&A Tax Manager will oversee due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-transaction advisory services in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead tax due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions
  • Review financial statements and tax returns to identify potential tax exposures and risks
  • Advise clients on transaction structuring and tax planning to optimize tax outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate tax, M&A tax, or public accounting
  • Experience leading tax due diligence and transaction advisory engagements
  • Knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax principles related to corporate transactions
  • Experience with IRC Section 382 analyses and post-transaction integration planning
  • Proven ability to mentor junior professionals and contribute to business development initiatives
