Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology due diligence and assess integration complexity for mergers and acquisitions
• Define and execute technology integration or separation strategies aligned with deal intent
• Coordinate cross-functional technology teams and manage execution timelines from pre-close to Day 1 readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, particularly in mergers and acquisitions
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and regulatory considerations
• Proven executive communication and stakeholder management skills
