M&A Transformation Consulting Manager

Job Summary

To support M&A-initiated business transformation engagements, the full-time M&A Transformation Consulting Manager will manage complex integration programs from pre-close planning through post-merger stabilization, working remotely to deliver measurable results for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end M&A integration programs, ensuring accountability for outcomes and effective project planning
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and hands-on execution for complex integration challenges
• Develop and implement change management strategies that address organizational transitions and cultural integration during M&A

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of client-facing consulting experience with exposure to M&A integration engagements
• Proven delivery across the M&A lifecycle, including pre-close planning and post-close integration
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional integration workstreams in large organizations (5,000+ employees)
• Solid change management experience guiding organizations through transitions driven by M&A
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business or psychology
