Machine Learning Architect

Job Summary

To support innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time Machine Learning Architect will apply GenAI and LLM-based techniques to develop and integrate model systems into cloud-based SaaS environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, scale, and integrate ML/AI solutions for healthcare use cases, including predictive models and semantic search
• Design high-level solution architectures and collaborate with offshore teams to build and evaluate models that optimize client outcomes
• Ensure responsible AI practices and translate complex insights into quantifiable business impacts for clients

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 1+ years of related industry experience or Master's with 4+ years, including at least 1 year in healthcare ML/AI
• Hands-on experience with healthcare data and proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering for AI/ML applications
• Experience with big data frameworks and modern ML packages such as PyTorch and Scikit-learn
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines for production ML systems
• Solid understanding of transformer models and LLM-based approaches, including experience with prompt tuning methods
